1.2 Independent Contractor Status

  • The relationship of the Associate/Agent to the Company at all times is that of an Independent Contractor.  
    • No employer/employee relationship exists or is to be implied from any title, provision or language used in this Manual.
    • The terms and conditions of this Independent Contractor relationship are set out in a written agreement between Management and every Agent.
