1.3 Overall Goals and Objectives

The Company's Primary Goals and Objectives are:

  • To render the highest standards of professional service to the public.
  • To have a mutually profitable business relationship in which both the Agents and the Company earn profit.  In order to accomplish this, it is the desire of the Company to make available Marketing, Training and Management support to each Agent.
  • To operate competitively and fairly with other real estate professionals.

To help ensure these common objectives, certain standards of productivity and professional practice should be maintained by all persons associated with the Company.
