2.5 Safety First

The Company believes that no sale is more important than the safety of our Agents. Strict care should always be taken in maintaining locked doors before and after hours in Company buildings and when out showing property or holding Open Houses. 

CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty is committed to providing a safe workplace. The purpose of this Policy is to minimize the risk of personal injury and/or damage to Company and personal property.

Indeed, CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty specifically discourages engaging in any physical confrontation with a violent or potentially violent individual. However, CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty does expect and encourage Agents to exercise reasonable judgment in identifying potentially dangerous situations.
