2.12 Personal Laptop or Desktop Admittance to Network Connections


All Agents are encouraged to use their personal desktop, laptop or tablet computers. The office ASM will provide the wireless access code for wireless internet access. Drivers for the office printers can be installed on Agents’ personal computers as well.  It is imperative to coordinate with the office administrators before you will be able to access office network connections. Your computer must have anti-virus protection software installed. 


Wireless access codes are strictly for Agents of the Company.  Under no circumstances shall wireless internet access codes be provided to clients or the general public.


Agent computers are personal property. Therefore, computers are the sole responsibility of the owner. The Company is not responsible for the maintenance, repair or replacement of Agent hardware or software.
