Listings must NEVER be entered into the MLS until the listing agreement has been submitted to the office and approved by an authorized representative of the Company.
Agents must include as many good photos as possible in the MLS listing, with the best representations first.
In order to achieve maximum online visibility prior to the weekend, Agents are encouraged to place listings in the MLS by Wednesday.
