4.11 Rental Processing Procedure

CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty recommends using RentSpree or a local property management Company. We no longer run applications for Agents. 


The Company requires Agents to document Landlord acceptance of any rental application on Company Listings.  The landlord must sign the “Rental Application Review and Acknowledgement” located in Zipforms Global Templates upon accepting any Tenant Application.  


Checks:

  • 1st Month’s Rent is payable to CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty or can be sent via wire/ACH.
  • Security Deposit is payable to Landlord on non-property managed properties.
