4.15 Agent Responsibilities to Prospects
One of the Agent’s prime duties is to be sure that any and all prospects are worked properly. All Agents shall maintain some form of follow up on their clients and customers.
If for any reason an Agent cannot handle any more prospects or if s/he has a health or personal problem, s/he shall turn over the prospect to another Agent WITH THE BROKER’S APPROVAL. Any compensation agreement between the Agents must be in writing and must be approved by the EVP prior to the first meeting with the prospect.
