4.22 Inclement Weather Policy

Sales Meetings/Training Sessions

• If the county schools in which your office is located are closed, any Sales Meeting or Training Sessions for that day are canceled.
• If the county schools in which your office is located are delayed, any Sales Meeting or Training Sessions shall proceed as scheduled (unless otherwise notified).  

Agents shall be notified by management in the case of inclement weather if a “work from home” policy for the day will be instituted.

If a “work from home” policy is instituted for the day for an office, the following must occur:

• Agents for that particular office must be notified that office employees will be working from home due to inclement weather.  If they have access, Agents can still use the office.  But, there will not be any employees present.
• For offices which utilize Stanley Security (Sonitol), the security Company must be notified to keep the doors locked throughout the day.  Agents will still have access, but the doors should not be unlocked during business hours.
