4.23 Training Program

Agents are advised to continually update their education with courses sponsored by CENTURY 21®, the Company, Local Real Estate Association, State Real Estate Association, NAR or BRIGHT MLS. All Agents are encouraged to attend Company-sponsored training sessions.


Experienced Agents transferring into the Company are to consult the EVP for a course outline designed to familiarize them with Company forms and other CENTURY 21® tools. Agents are responsible for Continuing Education required by the state licensing board for each renewal period.
