5.3 Sign Installation and Fines

All Associates will be responsible for the timely placement and removal of yard signs and directional signs.  Any fines resulting from a violation of a sign ordinance will be the Associates responsibility.  Associates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with local, state and community sign regulations. Agents are required to order a yard sign removal within 24 hours of settlement, listing expiration or listing withdrawal.
