6.2 Disbursement Policies of Earned Commissions from Broker to Agent


  • Commissions are disbursed from the Broker to the Agent according to the Broker-Agent split defined in the Agent’s Independent Contractor’s Agreement and Lead Distribution and Commission Glossary.
  • In no event shall the Broker be liable to the Agent for the Agent’s share of a commission not collected.
  • In no event shall the Agent be entitled to an advance from Broker to Agent on future commissions.
  • Broker may deduct expenses incurred by the Agent from the commission owed to the Agent.
  • Commissions will not be disbursed unless all transaction paperwork has been submitted by the Agent to the office.
