6.3 Right to Represent Buyer/Tenant Agreement


  • It is never recommended to use the language “as in MLS” in this Agreement.
  • “Set the Floor” of your compensation in the Payment Section of the Agreement. 
    • Example:
      • B. Payment. Buyer shall pay compensation in the amount of 2% of the sales price plus $XXX additional commission (“Broker’s Fee”) to Broker if Buyer enters into a contract to acquire real property during the term of this Agreement and goes to settlement on that contract any time thereafter.
