6.7 Agent Expenses Deducted from Commission Disbursement
When an Agent joins CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty, the standard and recurring charges are explained to the Agent and specified on the Company Policy Manual. A credit card authorization form is also included in the on-boarding packet. CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty requires Agents to have an active credit card on file.
Any charges to the Agent that have not been paid within 30 days of the invoice date will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If an Agent needs to change the card on file, the credit card authorization form can be filled out by going to ccform.c21redwood.com.
The Company reserves the right to deduct certain Agent expenses. Here is a non-inclusive list of expenses often deducted from an Agent’s paycheck:
- AGENT PROTECTION + CYBER SECURITY PROGRAM
- Enhanced E+O Insurance Policy: Low $2500 deductible for Agent claims and occurrence limit is $2,000,000
- Secure email, meetings, document storage + more through Google Workspace
- New rate = $585/year (billed in May $292.50 and Oct $292.50)
- Agents will see a line item on their invoices called “E and O/ Agent Protection Program”
- $100 Monthly Non-Production Fee:
- In the event that the Salesperson does not close any sales or 4 rental transactions in the past twelve months with CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty, he/she will be charged a $100 monthly non- production fee.
- Docusign – $130 yearly billed around April (by subscription only)
- Technology fees or copier charges
- Transaction Concierge Services – Active Listing Services
