6.10 Compensation for Relocation Transactions and Company-Generated Leads
B2B Referrals (formally known as Outbound Referrals)
- All Anywhere Leads Team Members and Non-Anywhere Team Members must send all referrals through the Relocation Department
- When an B2B Referral is placed by our Relocation Department, Principal Cartus Brokerages shall always receive priority to receive the referral
- Compensation Breakdown
- Typically, the total commission for settled Anywhere B2B Referrals to the referring brokerage is 21 % of the total commission paid to the brokerage which received the referral
- Referring Agent shall receive 100% of any referral compensation paid to the Company
- Agents are only allowed to refer personal business. Agents cannot refer “Company-Generated Business” or Internet Leads Generated on a Company-Generated Listing
Incoming Referrals
- Initial Round of Transaction(s)
- 41% Referral fee shall be deducted from all incoming Network Referrals
- This referral fee shall NOT appear on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement
- This referral fee is calculated prior to the 6% CENTURY 21® Royalty Fee
- Commission Calculation on Remaining 60%
- The 6% CENTURY 21® Royalty fee shall apply to the remaining 60%
- After 6% Royalty fee, the remaining commission is divided on a 50/50 Agent – Broker split.
- 41% Referral fee shall be deducted from all incoming Network Referrals
- Repeat Incoming Network Referral
- As long as an Incoming Referral remains in the network, the commission breakdown will be as follows:
- 41% Referral fee
- The 6% CENTURY 21® Royalty fee shall apply to the remaining 59%
- After 6% Royalty fee, the remaining commission is divided on a 50/50 Agent – Broker split.
- In the event a repeat client is no longer participating as part of the Network, a referral fee will not be deducted if the transaction is outside the original referral agreement terms and the Agent will be compensated at their personal lead commission split.
- As long as an Incoming Referral remains in the network, the commission breakdown will be as follows:
Agent Generated Referrals (AGRs)
- If an Agent refers a Personal Lead to the Anywhere Leads network, the 41% Referral Fee will be reduced to 25% if the client is not currently listed in the network database.
- If the client is already in the database, the referral fee shall remain 41% for a period of 24 months from the date of the original referral closing.
- Referring Agent shall be paid their Personal Split after 25% fee to Anywhere Leads and franchise fees are applied
- Name Requests
- Please review the current year's A Team Pledge for the name request policy on new referrals.
- Non A Team Agents will pay the applicable referral fee and receive a personal Agent split.
Intra-Company Agent-to-Agent Referral Policy
- Referrals within the same division
- Agents should utilize Listing/Purchase Coversheet available in the Zipforms library and Support Guide.
- The Agents’ individual personal commission split shall be applied to any commissions received by each Agent.
- All splits are calculated after 6% CENTURY 21® Fee and referrals fees, if applicable.
Any expenses or Agent costs incurred during this transaction shall be divided between each Agent according to the Agent Commission Agreement.
