6.12 Referral – Redwood Agent to Redwood Agent


  • Cover sheets have the Agent-to-Agent referral section which both referring and receiving agents should sign. 
  • If an Agent is referring a transaction to another Agent within the same Division, they must agree in writing on the percentage of the commission applied to each Agent’s compensation plan.
  • In the event a written agreement signed by both Agents and approved by the office manager is not submitted to the office, the broker may:
    • Only compensate the Agent noted on the transaction’s paperwork;
    • Withhold compensation until a written agreement is signed by both Agents indicating the percentage of the commission applied to each Agent’s compensation plan.
  • In the event a commission disagreement between CENTURY 21® Redwood Realty Agents cannot be resolved internally, the dispute will be arbitrated at the Broker’s local Real Estate Association pursuant to that Association’s bylaws.
