3.1 Termination of Associates

In the event that an Agent terminates their relationship with the Company, an exit interview is required and completed with management.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL THE AGENT CONSIDER LISTINGS, SALES, CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE COMPANY’S.
